More Walking...
Submitted by bugsly on Saturday, January 7, 2006 - 18:16 Core | New York | Walk

This morning we took the subway as close to the Metropolitan Museum as we could, and then took a very nice walk through Central Park. I do have to say that I really liked that walk, we even saw a couple of killer squirrels. By that I mean squirrels with serious attitude, a few of them scare birds away and steal their food! Later we headed into the Metropolitan Museum of Art and saw quite a few famous Monet's including the hay stacks, a Lily-pad piece, even one of his garden bridges. Pretty soon we were on the road again but first we stopped for a bite at a neat restaurant called E*A*T. That was about it for today, although I have to say that it was a lot of fun.
